Tomato,................... This "Registered Shareholder" bit doesn't sound right to me either. I never cease to be amazed at the apparent apathy exibited by the market, and some of the posters on this thread.
Management has effectively stolen 25% of our holdings in this Co.

I have nothing against rewarding management for increasing shareholder equity, but this is insane. Winspear shareholders have already taken a beating, and to have management react in this manner is a slap in the face.

With these additional shares out, WSP will have one hell of a time trying to attain the orriginal luster.

If you think that Lucas and the boys had fun with 2 million shares, just think how much fun they're going to have now , playing with 7 Million shares.
