Not promoting it, but that is the argument.

I'm glad you're not promoting it, it's a weak argument...

the law is clear and unequivical that within the first trimester a woman has the right to have this procedure. It cannot be forced on her but it is her right.

Therefore, a woman who makes a concious choice about her own body


If it were legal to water board, then the same weak argument could be used to counter...

Torture is torture, if it's legal then it's still torture just that it would be legal...

You're entire argument is very weak, I would like to see a true liberal's explanation, unless you're saying you're a liberal...
