It's likely that China is now in a position to actually care about North Korea's antics.

It sounds like China doesn't have much control over NK.....not anymore.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but when it came to North Korea, Bush kept repeating the importance of six-party talks.

While appointing (literally at midnight) to the UN a man that berated the institution and wished for its demise....disingenuous.
