Ted--you're not alone. Most of the Net-based financial sites I use are paralyzed. I'm amazed SI is running so well today. PCQuote is also working most of the time--a good source of option quotes. Also, try the CBOE site for delayed option quotes. CNBC even remarked on the order glut on the institutional level, so you can imagine it's all the worse for retail traders. Orders may be getting placed, and may be getting filled, but confirmations may not be forthcoming for hours. People are flying blind, and if that's true even on the institutional level, it's another reason to distrust today's action.

Good luck,

-- Brad
