Yes thx, this is one of the oddballs I used to trade recently. Since it was booted from the Amex the stock moved from 4 to 6 and also the warrants inched up a bit.

The funniest part is that I bought the warrants with an average of about 29c; and shorted the stock at $6 ; a 20:1 exchange would effectively close the position.

Yes after a while I found the solution. I will short more stock. HTI is insanely valued, given the amount of stock they paid for the acquisition yet the stock is illiquid.

From what I see, HTI was (together with its sister company HUGH) a part of the old Hughes venture which was bought by GM and sold in pieces thereafter.
