(It's their one standard trick: talk tough and try to shake-down the world for favors.) Why would you fall for the transparent trick, especially when we have just secured UNANIMOUS SECURITY COUNCIL APPROVAL for stopping all military exports or imports to or from the North (about the only way they have to earn hard currency...), and permission to interdict their ships at sea, or any other form of transport they might try to use. They will strangle on the vine.... (And I don't know WHERE you get that silly business about 'hiding under desk'. That doesn't even make any sense. :-)
