Hi Steve:

I'm curious if you are very profit motivated. Some people are content sitting back and collecting a pension and or Social Security, others I've seen are constantly looking for profit motives.
I know one gentleman who is 87. He is a triple dipper, (military, private pension and SS). He just enjoys buying a selling properties and is still doing it. He will clean a place up, do minor renovations, even rent for awhile, and then put the property on the market to make a few dollars. Funny thing is that he insists on not using his own money. He borrows, and repays with interest. His money is invested in other things and he keeps them separate.

His point is that it keeps him occupied and he is able to help out his grown kids. Several times he has though he doesn't have much longer to live and will sell out all his properties, only to be living 3 months later and decide to go in debt again on other properties.
