LOL ... but in all seriousness, it's the prison guards who are getting very generous benefits. The prisons themselves are rather overcrowded, so I can't imagine it to be a paradise for any incarceree.

Let's not forget that 25% of the inmate population are illegal immigrants. You can imagine the racial tension from that alone. It's anything but a paradise.
