I don't think you can put Von Brunn in any party (except the nut party). It's no more fair to lump him with the right than it is to lump him with the left.

I would have no problem accepting proof showing he was, indeed, a registered Democrat, despite his twisted beliefs.

Its the truthiness of pulling "facts" out of thin air and insisting they are true that bugs me.
