The case is Padilla v. Yoo, 08-00035, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (San Francisco).

Shocking. A court in California made this ruling?

They should just transfer that case directly to the USSC....that's where it is going ultimately. And that will put all this nonsense to rest.
