Hey, think off it this way: 1) Threads and bluster have WORKED for them before! and, 2) What else have they got? They can't even feed themselves (though I'm sure the elites are still well stocked with porno tapes and foreign liquors...) About the ONLY INDUSTRY that they have that can generate foreign earnings (the only thing they produce that can readily be sold) is MUNITIONS. They have a large arms industry, manufacturing everything from tanks and missiles to AK-47s for cheap. But, if they CAN'T SHIP THESE ARMS to their foreign buyers... (if we, with the unanimous Security Council permission just received, interdict N.K.'s arms shipments, block financial payments, sanction any foreigners who try to make purchases --- then N.K. runs out of money REAL FAST. :-)
