I was filled @ 8 1/2!!! 30 contracts! I put the order in when the stock was roughly 80 and I got a confirmation 2 houurs later when the stock was at 87. Now the position is down but I will hold it. I may pursue the floor broker in Philly for unethical pratices. He or she obviously waited w/ the ticket while the stock marched higher and then filled it when he saw the mkt topping out. I called the exchange and someone told me that they were swamped w/ DELL orders, thats funny I've only seen 1679 contracts trade as of 10 miniutes ago. I feel DELL will go higher anyway so the position will go positive but I have to pursue this person. Its just not ethical and it could happen to someone else.
