There are clear standards for libel. Stating one's opinion comes nowhere near that standard, and no amount of emotion is going to make up for it.

I am not talking about libel...i am talking about a man with a bullhorn inciting rage against another man who is NOT breaking the fucking law...more than 40 times on the air...and now that man is dead....his family would be more than justified to explore what responsibility billo has in his death...in civil COURT...

All you want to do is silence the opposition. No matter how you slice it, you are advocating censorship, pure and simple.

BULLSHIT...reporting about what this man was doing is perfectly within the bounds of journalism. Waging a rage crusade against him, calling him a murderer on the air is another matter entirely.

The opposition you are so quick to defend is liberalous and slanderous. Those are not acceptable provisions under Freedom of Speech.
