Mike Murphy is an excellent Republican strategist and I hope he has a huge hand in picking the next Republican Presidential candidate.

Always love to hear Murphy talk about politics. I'll tivo any program if I know he's going to appear. As for hoping he has a hand in selecting the next Rep presidential candidate, count me out. Let's hope they keep the smart ones away from campaigns for a few more cycles.

Frankly, as things are going now, looks like there's not much to worry about.

I watched Meet the Press as well and that is not how I interpreted it at all. They said that Republicans lost because they spent WAY to much money, ran up huge deficits and they are not inclusive of the social libertarians in the party.

Right, they abandoned conservative principles - that's what I said.
