Not all are going to a South Pacific vacation. Some are staying at a nearby Bermuda resort: reuters.com ClubMed of course put in a bid but their overhead cost was judged excessive. They will be allowed to bid for future detainee releases however. So I was told. The Mexican resort of Cancun was also rumored to be a destination site, but Mexican authorities squashed the deal when they learned the detainees would not be carrying drugs for the local police to "confiscate". wg
