Well perhaps the morons are the ones making the complaint. For it just so happens that the Federal laws do not apply directly to the Military. The article fails to point out that there are military codes which apply, but often have loopholes such as those countries and peoples who do not comply with or say they will comply with the Geneva convention. If all Federal laws applied then most soldiers could be charged with murder for killing the enemy. So maybe these people should look in the mirror when the word moron is used.
