<Why can't everyone see that we need higher gas taxes? - to send more more accurate price signals to the market as well as properly fund very useful and necessary infrastructure maintenance> Higher gas taxes won't be applied towards infrastructure. It'll go elsewhere. If infrastructure was important, more than 6% of the "Stimulus Bill" would have been allocated to infrastructure. We're gonna get enough of a fuel tax increase across the board if this silly cap and trade is passed.
