Consider, if you were a Mossad operative. All over the world, in every country, you have potential helpful assets. The deepest of "sleepers" if you will. Solid citizens with generations in their respective countries, like say, Jonathan Pollard. Mossad has no doubt identified the all people in positions to help Israel, in the militaries, intelligence, industry and the media. You'd be given some names, approach them, and ask if they'd like to help their people - not in any way that would really hurt their home country, but for the good of your people in the Jewish homeland? What a setup! How many of these are at it right now?
