Any guesses how The One would react if 35,000 of our troops stationed in So. Korea were vaporized?

My bet is he would do nothing except be "furious."

It's very simple! The One must immediately demand a one on one talk with Kim Jong-il and lead him down the path of hope and change. There must be no pre-conditions.
