I am more then prepared to regulate President Obama's ability to deficit spend (through PAYGO budget rules, Balanced Budget Amendment, etc.), to 'tie his hands' --- and to tie ROMNEY'S hands, Palin's hands, should they ever find themselves in that position of power... to tie ANY AND ALL politicians from WHATEVER PARTY they may hail from.... That is the fiscally conservative action to take. But you aren't willing to do that, are you? You aren't willing though to FORCE balanced budgets, despite the fact that BOTH PARTIES have chronically added to these deficits for decades now you continue to only grouse about the over-spending HALF of the time.... Which is what GUARANTEES that it NEVER STOPS.
