.this economy isn't recovering (IMO)

It sure is hard to see statistics that make the economy look good - but here you can't even get into a shopping maul parking lot. I've never seen traffic so bad nor the stores as full as they right now. I suspect our time is coming or perhaps there is something unique right here but so far things are roaring.

Sorry about your heat. It was high of 76 today and just a few clouds. Hard to find a better day. If we can get through tomorrow without rain we hit a new record for rainless days in June.

Well, it looks like CBI was just upgraded to a buy at GS. I believe it has more than doubled since you suggested it. TRN has recovered quite nicely too. The LT charts have reversion to the mean written all over them.
