Yup...this is happening to India, and to a lesser degree China and other countries. The caliber of Indian immigrants that I interact with in Silicon Valley is amazing. The best-of-the-best of a billion people.

That trend is slowing or reversing, obviously as Silicon Valley is losing some of it's job and lifestyle advantage compared to Bangalore, Shanghai, etc

(...and as you said, not always to the detriment of those countries. The immigrants in Silicon Valley help drive business to their home countries and often return to their home countries and head-up very large companies with their American education, experience, and connections.)

Yes, I may be OT, but this is a global economic trend that does affect the dollar and therefore the attractiveness of mining stox
