The Whitehouse wants everything secret. The transparency never occurred. Just another Obama promise. Which expensive bills have we seen on the internet a week before the vote? That was promised.

Obama also promised to open the health plan employed by the legislature and administration to the public. LOL Sure haven't heard that since the campaign.
