Seems no one picked up on Rocket's tone. I took it as tinged with sarcasm and a ringing endorsement of OGR.

What is with all the jumpiness and is OGR not doing well???????
Maybe it failed to gain 100% on the last assays but it is still everything it is cracked up to be until proven otherwise.
