Mike---I wish all the holders of ATEC well and hope that they make money on their investment. Will you explain to me and the current shareholders why, when I spoke with you on the phone and asked about the 10,000,000 contract, you said it absolutely is not an open ended contract, that I was mistaken on that issue. There goes Mike Irving again, ROFL I was told by Paulson that you were off the limits as far as internet was concerned and that ATEC has given you a specific instruction not to post any more here ,,,, <<gg>> Your list of clients dont mean a jack s--t as far as I am concerned ATEC may have sold one PC and you are the kind of people that would include them as a client. Further, now I am weary of your firing and changing of 3 auditing firms in last 24 months period. Your ten million contract with NY State is an open ended contract not as you have told other people as a firm closed ten million. This was reiterated by the CFO to me , as I have mentioned on previous report. Stop lying ! Further, I asked you and ATEC where the revenue comes from. It took 45 days to find out that it all comes from string of whole sale dealerships so conviniently set up as a separate entity with separate liabilities reporting to ATEC as subsidiaries. ATEC is basically a computer parts and pc whole seller with in house assembly line, using mostly Indian labour force. Like I said before your Y2k program is a joke at best. Your self have said posssibly maximum of 15 million in contract for y2k , which is beyond outrageous, in view of ACLYs 10 mill so far and PTUS 5 million. Also should I tell the folks how you try to play this "May be ATEC CEO will offer you a job Mex " shit and how I thought it was low life thig for you to say and how I told you I made more than yuour CFO ? when I wanted to go out and meet with him last time?? Thats the mentality I see here and its not clean some how. Mike as we agreed stay off the board bud - and let the natural progression take place here by the people. Paulson told me that ATEC gave you a clear instructions to stay off the internet. Why are you breaking your employers instruction? I am doing my best to stay off this garbage here too. I dont care what you say you wont see ATEC flying off at 10 or 20 bucks any time soon. Get a reality dose please. Bill I know you just want some kind of positive earnings so you can get out at 1 3/8 , which is what you paid for. Good luck ! And for those who are surprised that this stayed above a dollar for last 2 days thank Meyerson for that. I also know that there is a concerted effort here between Mike Irving , Paulson and ATEC management. ATEC management also knew that Mike Irving was using this medium to pump ATEC stock from 5/8th. It became clear during my enquiries and conversations with Irving. Buyers beware, As long as Mike breaks his promise and starts his BS PR shit I will jump right in !!!! Joe TPRO
