After gorging in undeserved profits, when the going was good, now they say it failed!! How comes those guys in the Time magazine cover (see posting below) were not clamoring for regulation? They were in charge. It was their duty. They were paid to oversee the system. The absurd is that instead of sending to jail, they are celebrated! That gives you a measure of the society they live in! No. no. It did not fail. What fails was the countries who abused the system. Now time to pay the bill. There is always a bill to pay.
