Rob,

Will be interested in what you dig up. We have been doing this for years.

I will be very interested to see what Kessler has to say. He will be looking at different things than most. He will be looking at SG&A and why product sales seemed to fall a bit short. He may see some things that are positive. I think he has a cool head.....and will help folks understand what is going on. He has targeted IDX at $18.00 per share in 12 months. If he still feels this way after the conference call.....then at $ 9.00 per share, IDX may seem to be a value....if not a strong buy..........makes sense to me.......But I am what I am, Rob.....the resident IDX bull.......

Robert,

You always post "I hate it when I'm right?". So, did you love the way today ended? I hope you now believe you were wrong (you're still batting .950).

Questions for the thread...

I noticed the revenue mix (products-to-services) "flipped" from 53/47 to 47/53. While gross margins (GPM) on products expanded from 47% to 54%, GPM on services declined from 18% to 14%. The result is that overall GPM declined from 34% to 33%.

1) Why the drop in Services GPM? Was it "foot in the door" sales? Higher labor costs? Deal cutting? Some other problem? Is this a concern for us?

2) Where do others rate revenue streams in order of importance?

Happily Long IDX,
Duke
