This was a problem with just about all of the brokerages, but Im ticked at Schwab too. The biggest problem are these stops that create huge pent-up volume. I would lobby to eliminate trading curbs.

I too couldn't get any trades through on the web with either Schwab or Datek, but today I got an order filled almost immediately using Schwabs Online software (direct dial-in #). Using a telephone was on the bottom of my list, fortunately I didn't have to try that frustration.
