Stocks bounced from morning weakness and 200 MA,
but the rates are still going lower. Which is
the goal of this correction, of course. Me thinks
the bounce was to be expected, but we are
going lower. Target 3. I mean, the selling stops
when 10-year rates drop to 3% -g-
