Many don't murder directly (with their own hands....) For example... there are many Mullahs who preach hatred in their services and broadcasts (not an inconsequential amount of hatred and incitement has come from pulpits either, down through history...), yet would never actually run out and personally kill or run the 'others' out of the neighborhood.... (That's more often something that the more militant and deranged of followers wind up doing.)
