Suitcase With $134 Billion Puts Dollar on Edge: William Pesek

Wow, that is HUGE.

Think about it: These two guys were carrying the gross domestic product of New Zealand or enough for three Beijing Olympics. If economies were for sale, the men could buy Slovakia and Croatia and have plenty left over for Mongolia or Cambodia. Yes, they could have built vacation homes amidst Genghis Khan’s Gobi Desert or the famed Temples of Angkor.

If it ever comes out this is going to be some story. It should be the headline everywhere.

Put the stuff in a middle size car, be sure to add a suitcase or two with your clothes and amenities and drive over the Simplon pass. No problem at all.
Those guys really wanted to be caught, one may wonder why.

If this stuff were fake, one may wonder what they really smuggled on the side?
Because having made this discovery, the customs officers would stop looking for other items, and a couple of pounds of diamonds or whatever would be easy to bring through.

So far the NHK news services have reported nada.
