Slife re: SLW options...

Everyone's circumstances differ, and I don't know yours
so I can only speak in general terms.

With the volatility we've had, calls aren't cheap and I
usually wait for a little deeper retracement than this
to add calls.

When I do add calls "early," I usually try to buy some time
with LEAPs.

Currently SLW does not have any 2010 Calls, or 2011 LEAPs
trading. So, I'd hold off on the calls. If you're looking
for a stronger entry here than just selling puts, I'd
just buy shares and use tight stops.

Selling a Dec' 09 $7.50 Put looks like a good risk/reward
trade here. Not a huge premium, but a solid risk:reward
entry.

Good luck,

SOTB
