Not all go from plane to hotel, hotel to plane. In the meantime, catering, fueling, cleaning happens and the doors are left open for hours.

Those little mosquitoes like to climb on board and surface later while 35000 alt. You gotta wear that DEET 24/7, keep taking the pills 24/7.

When pilots start refusing the trips, calling in sick or dead, things will change.
