I think we'll be just fine in the short-term.

Long-term I have no idea how things will balance themselves out, except that they will eventually. Even our real estate market is incredibly hard to predict; I still can't figure out whether we're undervalued, overvalued, or fairly valued. And that has major implications on CA's economic recovery.
