LEGALLY only, please! (Wires, checks, etc.)

(It is illegal under US law to not report foreign bank accounts, or the physical movement of funds of more then [what is it now? $3000 I think?] denomination, etc.)

However it is perfectly legal to make or have investments in foreign locales where protections for assets are greater, own Swiss annuities, trusts in sheltered jurisdictions, etc.

Again... the site I mentioned probably has some interesting resources to explore this.
