Bush and Obama got them through. Now, the question is whether Obama will be able to regulate the "shadow banking system" so some sort of crap like this doesn't happen again.

All ten of those banks had the urgent incentive that Obama was about to regulate their executive compensation. Just goes to show the right stick can get a bunch of egotistical asses to really MOVE.
