THAT'S the real problem in Sacramento, not the fact that some people who've lived in the same house for decades aren't paying "their fair share."

There are times when the gov't is offbase. There are times when the tax base is out of whack. There are times when both are. The problem with you is that the gov't is always the culprit. One size does not fit all situations.
