"Behind closed doors, Iran's political parties are caught in the middle of a power struggle between Supreme Leader Khamenei and Rafsanjani."

The thing is, Rafsanjani really is corrupt. He's kind of put himself in front of the parade of civil disobedience, but he's not really their leader. But, he'll come out leading them if they win.

So ,they can have the mullahs, or a known corrupt guy really running things behind the scenes. I vote for the corrupt guy!

As far as I can see, they are all corrupt and power hungry. What I am hoping for is that out this fraudulent election, the people will gain more power and Iran takes another small step towards true democracy. The people know they have been scammed and badly. I think don't things will ever be quite the same...at least I hope not.
