This indeed sounds like a big announcement!! Couldn't tell by the price move today, but I guess people had other things on their minds--I know I did. I am not a technical person, so I hope some of the knowledgeable people on this thread will shed some light on the implications of this technology. Also of potential importance to me in this announcement was the statement of SNDK's patent on Double Density Flash, the two-bit per flash cell--does this have any relation to INTC's announcement a month ago regarding two-bit storage that made the headlines? or am I confusing flash cells and other memory technology?
