You are confusing the amount that Canada and GB governments for example pay out with the total spent. Canada for example pays out about 10% GDP for health care, but they pay only 71% that is the total of all costs is 14%. Because there are more people, as a percentage, living in the wilderness in Canada, it is expected that their total percentage is less.

Any reason you are leaving out the rest of the industrialized world? Why pick the worst case?

And what percent of Canadians are "living in the wilderness"? Canada must have changed a lot since the last time I was there.
