Sure, if we wanted our health care quality to drop to that of other countries and wanted health care rationing the way they do.

Many other countries have as good or better health care, measured by countless studies (don't ask for links they have all been posted here.

As far as rationing.... we ration health care, just on different terms.

Yeah, like in Germany. Wait, they don't ration it there. Or Japan...

Nope, not there either. True, you do have the examples of Canada and Britain. But they are the only two. Last time I checked, there were a lot more developed countries than 3 or 4.
