Firts day: crews hit mine. Need to know about de-mining. They stopped work. stretch has de-mining certificate.

The reconstruction national program re-builds new roads and divert traffic to de-mined road side. Contractor hit the mine (anti-personal) allegedly within the mined area.
No one died. since iot was the machine that hit the mine and the soil is hardeded.
