Nonsense.

People buy insurance policies that cover certain things based on their own perceived needs.

Every insurance company has a process for appealing decisions that seem incorrect. We use that process for claims that get denied all the time, and probably half the time they end up paying it when you get it to the right person.

Which insurance providers have the worst appeal procedures? No question. Medicare and Medicaid. If you get a claim denied for NCS by these guys, forget about it.
