Personally, I have not seen any study which performed a meaningful analysis of the subject.

But that is no reason to accept garbage like the WHO or Commonwealth study that is so clearly NOT objectively ranking health care systems.

Do you think it is reasonable to do a health care study that ignores, for example, the quantity and quality of innovation and research? The access to the most modern diagnostic and imaging technologies?

These reports both gave considerable measure to life expectancy, which nobody who understands the issues believes is an important determinant of the quality of health care (if you want to measure the quality of "health", that's a totally different thing).

This should be obvious to anyone who purports to have any understanding of the situation.
