What is overly potty trained anyway?

I don't pee in the kitchen sink cause someone's in the downstairs bathroom. Is that overly potty trained?

I've been known to take a leak in the backyard after dark. Is that undertrained?

Frankly, I thing they made the Dutch Rudder up. Still, it is interesting that Brumar thinks they had to be gay activities. Like with teabagging, that ain't so.
