Tort reform would make the biggest impact, besides that the GOP has a host of different ideas and none of them has the gov't taking over healthcare.....

The answer is there is nothing for free. There is no healthcare, no food, no shelter for free period. We can't afford it unless the person isn't capable of working. that is maybe a 3 in 100 chance, not a 50-50 chance.
