Do you really think that sentence of buzzword-loaded asstalk makes sense? All it says is that they charge what the market will bear, above their cost, where ever they can sell drugs. The only reason OUR market "bears" the main cost burden is our Pharma-bought pols make it so. Canada bears more of a burden than Mexico, but Big Pharma doesn't LOSE money on the drugs it sells in Mexico. Mexico pays more than Uganda, but Big Pharma doesn't LOSE money in Uganda EITHER..

Big Pharma won't sell drugs at a LOSS, ANYWHERE.

Hell......these new super drugs can cost anywhere from $60k to 120k for one year's treatment for one person. Its cheaper to die.
