Xu Xaonian, economics professor at China Europe International Business School in Shanghai, dares not risk criticizing China's Keynsian spending program - the largest such program in the history of man, relative to the size of their economy.

Instead Xu cowardly criticizes Australia for considering a smaller version of the program underway in China. Will this be a politically safe way for hime to criticize Chinese policy? Only time will tell.
