It is when you print THIS much money. Printing money is inflationary, period. Just like issuing shares of stock. Now, if the amount you print is small, the inflation may not become a huge problem. But we've never had nutcases like this in the WH and Congress.

Whether these increases in the money supply will result in hyperinflation remains to be seen. But unless there is also a coinciding increase in productivity it will happen. Severe inflation will make RW dream of a mere depression.
