Currency risk:

Cube sells against dollar denominated Local Currencies (LC's) into the Asia market (except for Japan, where I think they are hedged..see the 10-k?).

Thus, Cube does not have a currency risk in Hong Kong or China.

The risks are:

1. A recession in mainland China could slow, but probably not stop the pace of consumer buying. They really dig Americanized stuff like TV!!

2. The Hong Kong currency and/or the Chinese currency is allowed to float (not likely) against the dollar. A devaluation would make LC's more expensive for Cube's customers.

3. Every currency goes to Zero and were all dead anyway!!
